Harrington Family Law Celebrates 14 Years of Supporting Families Across Yorkshire
Celebrating 14 Years of Harrington Family Law
14 years of supporting families through life's most difficult moments.
This October, Harrington Family Law is celebrating a very special milestone: 14 years of providing specialist family law advice and support to families across Yorkshire.
Since opening our doors in 2012, we have remained committed to providing compassionate, practical and straightforward legal advice to individuals navigating some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Over the past 14 years, we have had the privilege of helping countless individuals and families through separation, divorce, financial disputes and arrangements involving their children.
While family law has changed considerably since 2012, our commitment to putting our clients first has remained the same.
From Our Beginnings to Where We Are Today
Harrington Family Law was established with a clear purpose: to provide specialist family law advice that is both professional and approachable.
We understand that contacting a family law solicitor can feel daunting. For many of our clients, it is their first experience of seeking legal advice, often at a time when they are feeling uncertain about their future.
That is why we have always believed in providing clear, honest advice without unnecessary legal jargon.
Over the years, our firm has continued to grow, expanding our presence across West Yorkshire.
Today, with offices in Cleckheaton, Brighouse, Holmfirth and Mytholmroyd, we are proud to support clients throughout Kirklees, Calderdale and the surrounding areas.
Our growth reflects the trust that our clients have placed in us over the years, something we never take for granted.
Supporting Families Through Life's Challenges
No two families are the same, and neither are the challenges they face.
Throughout the last 14 years, our team has supported clients with a wide range of family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements following divorce
- Child arrangements and disputes concerning children
- Domestic abuse and protective injunctions
- Separation agreements
- Financial matters involving unmarried couples
- Complex financial remedy proceedings, including pensions, property and business assets
We recognise that family law is about much more than legal proceedings. Behind every case is a person, a family and a future that may feel uncertain.
Our role is not simply to explain the law, but to help our clients understand their options, make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
Whether we are helping a parent reach an agreement about their children or assisting someone in securing their financial future following divorce, our approach remains the same: to provide honest, practical advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances.
A Personal Approach to Family Law
One of the things we are most proud of at Harrington Family Law is the relationships we build with our clients.
We understand that family law matters can be emotional, stressful and, at times, overwhelming.
Our clients are not simply case numbers. We take the time to listen, understand their concerns and provide reassurance and guidance throughout the legal process.
We believe that good communication is essential, which is why we aim to ensure that our clients understand what is happening in their case and what they can expect next.
Sometimes, that means providing reassurance during a particularly difficult period. At other times, it means giving honest advice that may not necessarily be what someone wants to hear, but is important for helping them make the right decisions.
Our priority has always been to ensure that our clients feel listened to, supported and informed.
Thank You for 14 Wonderful Years
Reaching our 14th anniversary is something we are incredibly proud of, and it would not have been possible without the people who have supported us along the way.
To our clients, past and present, thank you for placing your trust in us during some of the most important and challenging moments of your lives.
We understand the responsibility that comes with that trust, and we are grateful for every opportunity we have had to help.
We would also like to thank everyone who has recommended our services, left us a review or supported the firm over the years. Your continued support means a great deal to us.
And, of course, a special thank you to our dedicated team, whose hard work, commitment and compassion have helped make Harrington Family Law what it is today.
Looking Ahead to the Future
While we are proud of everything we have achieved over the last 14 years, we are equally excited about what the future holds.
With our continued growth and expansion into Mytholmroyd, we look forward to supporting even more individuals and families throughout West Yorkshire.
As we enter our 15th year, our commitment remains unchanged: to provide specialist, approachable and compassionate family law advice when people need it most.
Here's to 14 years of Harrington Family Law, and many more to come!
