Harrington Family Law was founded in 2012 by Victoria Harrington. The firm expanded gradually with the addition of our experienced family solicitors who share a passion for providing personalised and compassionate legal services to clients going through difficult family situations.

Victoria founded Harrington Family Law in 2012 and has specialised in family law for over 30 years. A long-standing member of Resolution, she has extensive experience in divorce, financial matters, children disputes and domestic abuse cases. Victoria is based in our Cleckheaton office.

Director & Chartered Legal Executive
With over 25 years' experience, Sarah specialises in children matters, domestic abuse, divorce and financial settlements. She also sits as a Magistrate in the Family Court, providing valuable judicial insight. Sarah works primarily from our Brighouse office.

James has more than 20 years' experience in family law, focusing on financial settlements and complex children's cases, including those with international aspects. He is based in our Holmfirth office.
